Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is a chemically non-sulfated glycosaminoglycan (a polymer of disaccharides). It is a basic component of connective tissue naturally found in the deeper skin layers. It is significant as it provides support for collagen and elastic fibers as well as other skin structures, giving it the necessary firmness and elasticity. In addition, it binds water molecules to itself, thus determining the degree of skin hydration, giving it firmness and volume.
It also participates in the transfer of nutrients to skin cells, thus nourishing the skin. Over the years, the amount of hyaluronic acid in the skin decreases, and skin cells lose their ability to produce it. By applying hyaluronic fillers to the skin, we replace the skin's own substance, and the skin becomes smooth, tight, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
Hyaluronic fillers are used for:
wrinkle corrections (horizontal wrinkles on the forehead - frontal, horizontal, and vertical wrinkles between the eyebrows – glabellar lines, fine wrinkles around the outer corners of the eyes - crow's feet, wrinkles that go from the nose to the corner of the lips - nasolabial, small wrinkles above the lips...)
removal of skin irregularities (scars and other facial irregularities)
increasing volume (upper and lower lips, cheekbones...)
The treatment is performed with thin microneedles, using a local anesthetic, and lasts 10-30 minutes. After the treatment, redness and slight swelling may occur, which disappear in less than seven days. As an integral part of the body, hyaluronan and its effect slowly subside within 4 and 12 months, depending on the age, skin characteristics, lifestyle and habits. It is recommended to avoid tanning salons and sunbathing, saunas, exposure to very cold air, all of which can reduce the long-term effect of the hyaluronic application.
It is recommended to repeat the treatment to maintain the achieved effect. The treatment repetition interval is individual.
NOTE: If the lips are filled with hyaluronic acid, refrain from stretching the lips, laughing, or talking excessively the day after the intervention. Dental interventions should be postponed for seven days.
Other non-surgical face and body treatments
Lip corrections
Over the years, the lip volume decreases, the contours fade, and noticeable, finely etched wrinkles appear around the lips. We make the lips fresh and juicy again and visibly rejuvenate them.
Botox
Botox is a purified protein produced from the bacterium Clostridium Botulinum. This preparation binds to specific receptors, preventing the nerve impulse transmission from the nerve to the muscle cell and thus preventing muscle contraction. It is used to remove dynamic wrinkles.
Biorevitalisation
Biorevitalization is a method of skin revitalization and rejuvenation by which hyaluronic acid, amino acids and vitamins are injected directly into the skin. This way, deep skin hydration is achieved, tone and elasticity are restored, and the skin acquires a healthy glow.
